Pilar Gerasimo on the Pursuit of Health and Happiness

Twenty-five years in the past, from the carriage home she was renting in St. Paul, Minn., Pilar Gerasimo launched this very journal. “There was a galley kitchen on one wall, and a desk piled with article drafts from freelancers,” Pilar recollects, “and that’s the way it all started.”
